I am looking for this part for my 16v BE1 gearbox:



This is the one that manages the 5th gear.

My old box used to jump out of fifth gear. I replaced the synchro with one from another box and it works fine now. You wouldn't even need to remove the engine for that job although it has a strange size nut (and socket).

Thats the problem with mine. The fifth gear fails because this part is damaged on the right side.

From what box (car) did you get this part?
